You can tell they’re really sorry every time, but this drive thru never seems to be staffed fully enough to keep the line moving. I’ve been in line 40 minutes so far and there’s still a car in front of me. I feel badly for the employees because they always seem to be stressed out. I can imagine they deal with angry customers a lot if this is any indication of the rest of the shift.

My friend and I were looking for a quick snack to keep us going while we were out shopping. We saw Jack-in-the-Box and decided to go to the drive-through. The line was relatively short, and the service was quick. From start to finish, our total time spent there was approximately 20 minutes. I had been craving french fries so that is what I ordered and they were hot, abundant, not too salty and fresh! My friend wasn't sure what she wanted so the person taking our order made a suggestion which I thought was very kind. It was a Junior Jack ( burger) because she wanted just a snack and she ordered a soda, too. Total cost was six dollars and change. We did not go inside as we were in a hurry. I have always enjoyed my meals at any Jack-in-the Box. It was a good choice for us that day.

I'd give em negative stars if I could.... took them like 20 minutes to even take my order, then we had to wait about a total of an hour before we even got our order. And hours time For lukewarm, over greasy food. And they didn't even have a second drink carrier!They almost always are out of what we want, take forever, food ends up being gross, don't waste your time going here.... you could go to an actual decent restaurant for LESS time then it takes you to get this "FAST" food....

I have stopped here before and ordered a #27 with hashbrowns instead of a bun and they have done this many times for me. Today for whatever reason they told me they could not do this. I let them know that they have done this before, and I can't eat the bun having a gluten problem. They told me "well we CAN'T do this and if you can't eat gluten then don't eat here." Between not hardly being open, being out of items that are listed on the menu, and now this, Jack in the Box will never get my money again!
