My F150 broke down on Route 77 on a drive down to visit Charlotte. Scenic Ford was able to diagnose my car, repair it at a very fair price and get me on my way in a very timely fashion. Great service, great group of guys. Wish I lived nearby so I could give them all my business!

Courteous Service is job one here! No hassle sales staff makes purchasing a vehicle a breeze. Nice selection of new and used cars and trucks @ affordable prices. This is a very clean facility with clean restrooms and lounge while you wait. Good honest country folks try here first before you buy. Beware Johnny one of the sales persons there is a hoot and interesting to carry on a conversation with to say the least!

I am having trouble again with the service department. Last time I was there they scheduled me for 12 noon. When I arrived I was told they wouldn't schedule at noon and they would be back at 1. I showed my email reminder to a manager and he fixed things. They refunded my money and was very nice. I thought everything was fine till I scheduled an appointment for service 2 weeks ago. They called me and said they canceled my appointment and didn't want me as a customer. I don't think I did anything wrong by showing that they do schedule at noon. My husband tried to apologize, but was told someone would call him back.We haven't heard back. I am sorry they feel so bad about me. I keep getting emails to get service. I'm hoping I can talk to someone. Thank you

I never write reviews-- but I need to in order to save another family from going through this. We traveled to purchase a car quite a distance-- all based on bad info. Sold a car that needed transmission replaced within week, false advertising across their website, ethics issues. Their Sales Director Keith Easter was terrible. We purchased a used Jeep Wrangler for this dealer ship just a few weeks ago. I searched far and wide across the state and did a lot of research before making my purchase- came to find out the lifetime warranty advertised with the vehicle was not valid - although part of the listing. It was false, misleading, despite a tiny disclaimer at the bottom of each web page. We were pretty upset, but already so vested so decided to still make the purchase. Big mistake, the integrity issues continued. We were assured the car was in great shape and just came out of inspections in their service department. Within a week, the check engine light was on and we took the vehicle to the Jeep dealership near us to get it checked out. We’ve been told the entire transmission needs to be replaced. How does this happen? How is this missed in a vehicle that was just inspected? We paid 40k plus for something that had such a substantial mechanical issues. This is a branding, reliability, integrity, ethics issues. Please beware when dealing with this dealership. On top of this, instead of apologizing - after we shared this with the dealership, the sales manager called my husband and started arguing with him over the phone- there was no offer to help or cover, he refused to take responsibility for selling us something with this big of an issue. Who does this? He also refuses to take accountability for the false advertising on their website. This is a good old boy mentality and man does not understand the power of social media and digital marketing. This experience has been terrible through and through and I hope this does not happen to others.

There are a couple of options. 1st you can stop by the store and see any of our sales consultants and they can walk you through the process and answer all your questions. 2nd, if you prefer to do more of the legwork yourself, you can go to https://shop.ford.com/configure/f150-lightning/model/customize/pro and build and price there and select Scenic Ford as the location and it will forward all the information to us and get you started. Either route that you go will be just fine or feel free to reach out to us at 336.789.9591 and we can assist you personally. As far as when you will see one our best guess is the first of next year but that's just speculation. We are crossing our fingers that it is much sooner.
