Charged way to much for a tiny box. And when my sister received by box there was no sticker indicating that it was paid for so my sister had to pay to receive the box when i in fact paid for the box. Ridiculous. Stay away from this post office and go to the one in spring lake.

I don't like the customer service at this store. The two women who serve customers show on their faces that they are not comfortable with their work and they also serve you. Every time I go to leave packages they look at one with the face of bad friends and if you talk to them they do not answer you, they only look at you with the face of abhorrence. This is not good for customer service.

Customer service and the store location and set up is fine, but the upcharge to ship is about double from my experience. They wanted $77 for Fed Ex or $88 for USPS on a large box to Kansas. I went to the post office and paid $37.35 priority mail for the same box. Perhaps it's better for smaller packages, but I'll just take the drive to Sanford next time.

If you call the store they can enter your name in the computer and it should pull it up and they'll be able to send it to you.
You have to go in or call the store for those types of questions
Not really sure if they do, but the postal shipping store in Spring Lake by where Dairy Queen used to be does. Hopefully that helps.
