Updating my previous review of this office. We were just in today to get passports for our kids and it was much better than the last time. My last experience they didn't take reservations so you were in for a long wait. Now they require reservations and it's made the process much better. We were in and out in the estimated time window.

What’s the point of scheduling appointments if you have one member of staff running the whole office, including check-in, taking photos and processing applications. Blatantly rude staff and they threaten to reschedule your appointment if something is inconvenient for them. Yet they have staff members from the postal department next door coming and going as they please.

Both parents must appear without a DS-3053 form You'll need: Evidence of US Citizenship Evidence of child's relationship to parents And Original parental/guardian government issued ID and a photocopy of the front and back side of presented identification If only one parent can appear you need to complete the DS-3053 form, send to his mother and have her sign it at a notary (witness) and send it back before you can proceed on your own. The DS- 3053 Form is valid 90 days after it has been notarized. For more information you can call 1-877-487-2778 Monday through Friday 8:00AM to 10:00PM
