I recently bought a set of tires for my 2021 Chevy truck from Discount Tire in Monroe. I went through several bad tires that were found to be out of round (or could have had a slipped belt causing lots of vibration when driving at highway speed). The vehicle shook so bad at highway speed it was very uncomfortable to drive. I originally dealt with David, then Jared the manager got involved. Both were very professional, and patient with my problem. Finally.... after the 4th visit due to excessive tire vibration they put a new set of tires on my truck and that fixed the problem.... at No additional charge! Thank you to both David and Jared for your patience. I told them I was not the "customer from Hell", I just wanted a set of tires that rode good! This company gives great service after the sale! Thanks guys!

Customer for many yrs for different vehicles. But had a blow out and need to change with tire they took off when I bought a new set. Said 68.42 to do???? Take me off the list ,never again.

They did a great job helping me today get my tires fixed. The waiting room was comfortable and spacious, and the best part about it was that there was not a loud television in the waiting room like there is in so many auto store waiting rooms! It was nice and quiet and easy to get work done.

Yes they have rims and tires for sell they can also do rim repair.
Depends on the tire you need. Is it an odd rim size? (Ex: 19") Do you care about name brand? All season, Truck, or Performance? Just throwing all those variables out there for you to think about. You could spend $60-70 a tire or $1200-1300 a tire. On their website you can enter make and model of you car and shop that way. Hope that helps.

Yes, usually they will repair it free of charge depending upon what's causing the issue. Last week I had an issue with the TPMS causing rear tire to go flat. They were able to replace the part free of charge & rotated the tires in less than 30 minutes. Very helpful & professional staff.
