My so-called primary care physician still doesn't actually care about me but, pretends as if he does. I (somewhat) blame myself because I had already sensed that the first time I switched to "Family Health" in 2019 or 2020. My thoughts, feelings, and health are still ignored/dismissed by said physician and I know why. He also takes his time and or manipulate the situation when it comes to important things that I need. On a certain part of a certain document that I received was purposely filled out wrong and had to ask for another one to be/get corrected. A few days ago, he made it seem as if he is/was going to get a "social worker" for me, as well as...ugh!!! I am sick and tired of my (Black/Brown) life taken as a joke by "doctors/nurses" at these "health care" facilities. I have already gone through similar mess at UMass on Lake Ave. My second choice was St. Vincent's Hospital but, I got disrespected by a nurse/receptionist, over the phone, who is also a woman. I will never find/get the actual/real care I need to live a happy and healthy life. My trust has already/also gotten broken. Smdh!!!!

I have been a patient at Family Health Center in Worcester for many years and my overall experience has been very positive as I feel I have received competent and attentive care. The wait to see a PCP can be somewhat protracted however it's indicative of the number of patients that they see. As students some physicians have obligations outside of Family Health Center which can result in them not being available however staff have often reached them by email and they respond quickly. The pharmacy staff have been really helpful over the years and are very responsive around issues concerning refills which can be a bit of a wait from the doctors. The lab staff phlebotomists are fantastic as well. We are fortunate to have the Family Health Center in the Worcester community of health care providers.

When I came with my kids from the D.R. to the USA for the first time, I came straight to Worcester MA and my mom brought me to the FHCW, and we got the Physical and Dental care that we needed it for free. Ten years after we still are patients of this Health Care and we have nothing bad to say about this place and it’s personnel. We give them a ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
