Giving this service a star is above and beyond what is deserved. Worst pedicure I’ve ever experienced. I have been coming to this nail salon for years, without issue until recently. The last time I came, the pedicure was mediocre at best. So I decided to try again because I have been a loyal customer for so long. This pedicure was so bad I had to ask the women to stop midway. I asked for the Deluxe Diva Pedicure, which is $55. She essentially washed my feet. She was putting the lotion on when I asked why she had not removed my calluses? She said she did, but obviously she did not. I asked her to stop because this was exactly what happened previously. When I asked for someone else to just paint my toes and remove the scrub left on my legs I was told they had others waiting and “maybe next time”. My skin is red and burning from not removing whatever scrub that they left on. I have never felt so disrespected and dismissed. Nothing was done to assist me or even acknowledge the terrible service.

Took way too long. I had an appointment at 530 and did not get any color done till about 7pm. Short staffed and bad quality products. Paid for SNS and my nails are already lifting on the corners and it has only been one day. Terrible! IN RESPONSE TO THE OWNER FOR WHAT REASON DO YOU NEED MY IG? HER IT IS ->JENNYKD11

Bella Diva was an AMAZING experience and I will always go here now that i have found them! After a longish wait (the day before Christmas Eve so they were busier than anticipated) the pedicure was so relaxing and one of the longest foot massages I've ever received. When getting my fill in and new art done, the techs did a lot of rotating but they each have individual strengths and i appreciated that they were honest about their skills after being disappointed by so many nail techs in Jax. The level of professionalism and kindness all the nail techs show here is amazing and I've found my forever salon! Thank you Bella Diva 🥰

I would recommend Quan to get your sns dip nails done here. He does a great job!! I’m not sure if it’s the technique or the quality of work. But this was the first time my nails don’t chip or crack after 3 weeks. I came back for seconds to try a neon look. Quan did it again. I also really liked the friendly vibe they carry between each other. Everyone treats each other with kindness and respect. I appreciate being in a very friendly environment. The 1 less star is due to my pedicure. Not sure who did my pedicure, but it was not a good experience. It took 3 hrs long and honestly I was uncomfortable watching the nail tech reuse unsanitary tools. 😳 I did say something, coming back to give it a 2nd chance on the pedicure.
