Steve, Jay, and the rest of the crew are very professional, very helpful, detail orientated, and always go above and beyond to make me satisfied. I have no complaints whatsoever, they are number one in my book. When you talk to Steve or Jay on the phone or in person, they are very professional, they are experts in their field. Steve is the expert in audio/video and Jay is the expert in car audio installation. I highly recommend Creative Acoustics for any of your audio/visual needs, if there is a product they don't have they will find the right solution for you. They are a family business, when you first walk in they will treat you as a part of their family.

Had two sets of vintage JBL's repaired and I had one of the best experiences ever. Thomas not only gave new life to my classic speakers he went way above and beyond with extra touches. And a very fast turnaround time. If you want a new, sterile, plastic shopping environment and the people to go along with it, then you may not appreciate the old school ethics of this gem of a shop. Highly recommended!!!

Good product / Horrible experience and staff. Needed to purchase a PA system for our neighborhood pool. After having to call back numerous times over a couple of weeks, finally received a quote. After finally making some adjustments to the quote to remove items that weren't necessary, we accepted the quote and wanted to have the work done. I had to chase the sales person down for literally for a month to make sure that he knew we wanted to have the work done. Then for another another month to schedule a day for the install. And then the install became an issue because our job kept being pushed back for about 3 weeks. I called the store to try and speak with the owner to only find out that he was who I had been working with the whole time. The PA system has finally been installed and works great and the work done was clean. However, if I knew another company that did this work, I would have gone elsewhere. The amount of hassle it took to nail down the price, items to be used and then an firm install date was really not worth the trouble. You would think that with the economy the way it is and everyone needing work that they wouldn't ignore a $1900 sale.
