I have to say they are consistent when I've placed a delivery order (I'm disabled so prefer delivery to pick-up). I've tried ordering from here at least 5 times over the last 5 years and each time I've ordered from Big Al's three things have happened. First, there is always something wrong with the order, usually something is "forgotten" whether an extra topping I've paid for or a side order. Calling never helped get it either. Second, add at least an hour to the estimated time they give you as it appears they send their driver out with a bunch of deliveries so it depends on where you fall on their list. I live about a mile away and it takes at least an hour for the delivery to get here. Third, because it takes so long to deliver, the food is usually cold, at best lukewarm turned cold within 10 minutes. They supposedly have tracking on their website for your order but other than saying they've started prep, they don't bother to update. The shame is that their food is okay cold so it might be amazing hot but unless you go and pick it up, you will probably never know. I know I won't as I will not be ordering from them again.

Pretty much done with this place. I usually never do delivery because it's always super late or cold. Today we are at 2 hours since I ordered. Food is normally really good but I suggest picking it up and also going there 15 minutes later then they tell you. Never have I ever walked in and my food was done when they said it would be done. Really excited about my cold food arriving sometime today.
