Don't subscribe without reading the fine print. As noted, it was bought and now as riptide wash, they push subscriptions for monthly unlimited washes. It's 100% self service now, no more interior cleaners. The wash itself isn't bad, but completely insensitive management has turned me way off. They literally sent me a picture of the subscription fine print requiring 3 days advance notice on cancelling a subscription. I feel like a have a gym membership from years ago. I saw this months charge post the day before the renewal date, and decided I didn't want unlimited any longer, cancelled it right then, and sent a message to customer service to please refund the amount charged. It's 2022 right, takes 2 seconds to do most refunds, but the response was that they "can't" without 3 days notice. So once you see the charge, it's already too late, and they charge a day before the renewal date. Legal? Maybe. Will they retain me as a customer? Nope. So I'll save you the frustration and attach their very empathic response to cancelling when you realize it's another monthly charge that you really can't afford anymore.

Awesome car wash and vacuum stations. The compressed air nozzle they also have let's you blow out dust or dry spots on the exterior. A car wash I actually want to spend my money at

Just needed a quick clean since I just received my car out of the shop. I usually get my car hand washed but this was a good alternative. For an automated car wash tunnel, came out really well. An employee guided me through because I can't remember the last time I used something like this. Free vacuums with every wash.

Lord have mercy. The man who manages this place is a sad soul. I have no idea what is going on in his personal life, but I do know it isn’t my fault. I misunderstood the flow of the wash and went to vacuum first because I knew it would take the longest. There was no signage that made clear that there was a “wrong” way to use their services. A huge sign says “three minute car wash” and another “free vacuums.” A manager approached me and spoke to me in a rather accusatory tone, saying, “you have to do the car wash first...before the vacuum.” I said, “oh there wasn’t any clear indication of that.” He pointed to a tiny little placard on the vacuum that said “with purchase.” I said, “okay gotcha. I’ll do it after I’m done. I’m gonna finish vacuuming because I don’t have a lot of time and don’t want to have to come back over here and open it all up again.” This man acted like I was a criminal and got very flustered, “no. No you won’t do that. You can’t use the vacuum until you use the car wash.” I told him that I had made clear to him that I intended to use the car wash as soon as we finished up and that he should accept that and move on. He refused. As a woman alone with my child, this situation felt incredibly unsafe and threatening. He then continued to refuse to leave my presence and said he would “turn off the vacuum.” Bless. We literally had one small spot left. I said he must have such a sad life to create such a big deal out of a non-issue. He didn’t like that too much and unhooked the vacuum lol. Needless to say, I did not use the car wash, and I do not intend to return nor do I recommend this place to anyone. Sorry to anyone who encounters this man.
