Way overpriced. If you rent a tank from them, expect to pay double the going rate for propane. Then when you cancel, they charge $168 to pick up their tank. Good riddance osterman

We are on automatic delivery and this past Monday, 1 Feb 2021, we were out of propane. We called and the customer service person confirmed our info and then added it's a fire place with a "oh" kinda tone and I said it is a source of heat as to not burn a lot of oil from our furnace. She said we have a ticket for deliver but no date. I said when were we last filled she said May only 30 pounds. Again with a dismissive tone and I said we obviously don't need it in the summer infact it is shut off. Now we are empty in February and it is below freezing! I reminded her we are on auto delivery! She said well I will have to send this over to dispatch for a date and they will give us a call back. Two days later we call back and the customer service rep was even more blunt, stating "it's a fireplace, it's aesthetics!". We let her know it is a heat source and we are on automatic delivery! She replied she doesn't control dispatch.... We called the next day to the main company number and the representative was appalled over the treatment we had received to this point. She said we are a customer no matter what services we require! She connected us to the direct manager in our area and we had to leave a voice message for a return call. Still no reply and no propane!

You say you have the best people working for your company, but your customers are telling you otherwise. It’s 16 degrees outside and we called on Monday, and still do not have propane. Your Customer Service and delivery teams are rude and unprofessional. By not delivering, you are breaking a binding contract, which is illegal. There are many good, hard working people out of work, you may want to consider overhauling some of your staff.

Call the office and ask to speak with a sales representative about adding new appliances. I am sure someone can help you resolve your question. Thank you GREG
