I was very happy with location and price of this storage facility. The staff is always nice. Until the big storm we had in October 2021. The first floor flooded. I lost precious family heirlooms and have mold on old photographs and other belongings. Unless they have found a way to lift the entire facility, do not store here. Your things will be ruined in the next storm. The second floor suffers from roof leaks. The entire facility should be knocked down and rebuilt.

This storage was great once upon a time I find some staff to be rude 😒 and they don't answer the phone I called 12 times just to pay my bills and no one answered. That's a shame I really like the location I have been here for over 6 years. …

This storage was great once upon a time I find some staff to be rude 😒 and they don't answer the phone I called 12 times just to pay my bills and no one answered. That's a shame I really like the location I have been here for over 6 years. They are chasing me away by not picking up the phone for me to make my payment their online payment does not work.
