Great new laundromat nice and clean good workers

We've been coming to this place for over 2 years, more so due to convenience being so close to our home. I went to pick up my laundry 03/03/2022, which I had left just before 02/14. Granted it was over 2 weeks due to an injury which had be on crutches, that caused the delay in pick up. When I went to retrieve my bag I was told I was being charged an additional $5.00 because it was there too long. Although no one called, they pick & choose when to call. I explained to the lady that I should not have to pay the charge, especially when there is not posting explaining said charge anywhere. I was not going to pay when she advised that if she did not charge it they would take it out of her pay, the lady who attended me has always been sweet with me & for her sake I payed it. She did mention she would bring it up to the owner/manager. Lets see if anything becomes of this.
