I have been a customer at SunTanCity since August of 2018, Megan who is the Manager there is a smart ,very knowledgeable,amazing asset to this business as well as her staff!! From the moment you walk in to the smiling friendly faces and gracious staff, to the extremely clean salon, floors, and all equipment is impeccable working order with bulbs that are changed on a regular basis!! The spray tan rooms are also Extremely clean!! And in perfect working order! Megan and her staff are there to make your tanning visit, questions, or anything that you may feel uneasy about more at ease!! Plus they have many different lotions etc.. to get anyone started!! So don’t be afraid to ask these girls anything they have your answer!! Go see Megan, get a beautiful Tan, you will be happy you did!!

When there, it seems when one of the girls isn't there, they don't play country ( not a huge fan) and turns up the decent music. So good some days not others. Completely understand some people like country. They always seems clean and properly staffed.

I got a membership at the Stratham sun tan city back in March. I signed up for a 6 month session for $38.00 a month. Every time I went in there the girls at the front desk were very uninterested in working, rude, and got mad at me for not buying a lotion when I had just bought one on the previous visit. I chose to ignore the snarkyness from the girls, because I was only there for one reason and that was to get a great tan. I found out a couple months ago that I am pregnant, but I didn’t bother canceling my membership because I knew my 6 months were up. Here it is 9 months later and I am still being charged monthly. I called today to let them know and before I could even finish my sentence the girl at the desk said “yeah that’s because you have to cancel online, or in person” I was confused. Why would I sign up for a 6 month session if I wanted to continue to be charged for the rest of the year? She said.. “well that’s how it is, she probably circled it for you on your contract but you forgot.” RUDE. I asked her if she would mind canceling it for me now as we were on the phone and she said “nope, you have to do that online”. End of conversation. I am very disappointed and 3 months over charged!
