My upstairs neighbor got a German cockroach infestation- bad from what she told me, after I saw two in my apartment. My landlord contacted this company and they have come out twice in one month. Not only am I NOT finding dead cockroaches, but am seeing more and more live ones everyday. I have purchased my own traps/bait and nothing is helping. I am an extremely clean person and this is causing me a great deal of distress because I have 3 young children, whom I can not cook normal meals for out of fear they’ll come out and crawl on the food while I cook. I’m not sure if this company will be returning or my landlord will choose an alternative, but if they do return I hope the approach is more aggressive. I will update this review if things change.

I am currently in my second season as a client of this local company. They fertilize my lawn and maintain weed control as well. I have had 4 other companies that serviced my lawn but none came close to the level of service that this company provides. The are extremely professional in their approach to lawn care: The make period applications throughout the season and use well trained and licensed agents. The listen and address clients questions and concerns and offer valuable insight on lawn care and maintenance. They never act condescending or disrespectful when dealing with the client. Their price points are very competitive and offer prepaid discounts. One of the nicest people I have met in the business is their technician Mike who services my property. He is all of the above and more-an asset to the company and a down to earth guy! I recommend this company to anyone looking for superior lawn care!✅

I've used Patriot for quite a few years now. They always let me know when they're coming and if it's not a good time for me, they accommodate. Their employees come and do their job diligently. I have recommended them to neighbors. And the price is right.

I have used Patriot lawn services for many years and my lawn always looks great. They call ahead to let you know when they are coming and always come when they say. I think their fees are reasonable and they give suggestions on how to take care of your lawn and if they see a problem they let you know what to do to correct it. I highly recommend their service.

After your treatment, we just ask that you keep children and pets off treated areas till they're dry. After products from your scorpion or pest control application DRY, they're NOT readily absorbed into hands and paws.
