Idk I think so but
To sit on the hill and watch it is free admission, tailgate atmosphere. To have about pass and then it cost $10.
This is an actual racing circuit kids from ages 4-17 race as well as adults, some classes are a mix. Yes an 11 year old can participate, but all racing gear and kart would be supplied by their "race team."
There are a few available before the races start to try, about 4pm ish
