Haven't gotten my results back yet, but the swab experience at this testing location was great. I was in and out in 5 minutes, there was only one other person doing their swab when I was in there, staff were friendly, and it's a really convenient location. Assuming I get results back in the 24-48 hr timeline they said it would be I'm sure I'll be coming back next time I have to travel.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND FOR ANYONE NEEDING PCR TEST FOR INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL Quick and reliable. I tested at 7am and received my results next day at 11am (28 hours later). I hear CVS/Walgreens have turn-around times of 3-5 days. $80 is well worth the peace of mind, and way cheaper than a new flight!

Place to get the RT PCR tests done and redults provided within 24hrs. Bo wsit times, they are pretty fast in processing once you are there for the test. I had my test done here for international travel. The only disappointment was the test went waste as the report said sample not enough. The sample needs to be collected by the individual and given, so there is no way you would know if its collected correctly or not. As the test results are to be done within 72hrs for the travel you will be left with very less time to get the test done and get results and you would be ambigous the second time if the sample was good enough. And for the second time you need to get the appointment slot as well.and you need to pay 90$ again. Hence i have given less rating for this otherwise its a very good center to get your tests done.

Worst experience ever, can’t even believe that’s a testing site. It wasn’t maintained clean & there were children screaming/running around (climbing and opening the trash can). Also warning to those that need the test for international travel & need passport number to be included. I’ve called CIC 5 times to do this, and still no results. Their customer support told me to send email (with result + passport photo) to them; but after 12hrs — 6 attempts from 3 different email addresses, they still told me they have not received any of my email. Unless all three of my email addresses are suddenly disabled/went down (which is impossible seeing that I’ve received all their automatic response emails & others have no problems receiving my emails), or I believe it’s their IT issue. However, they refused to solve the problem (40min on call; promised to call back and never did), not even considering giving me another email address or check if there’s an IT issue. Totally out of mind and wasting so much of my time. I would recommend going to somewhere more professional.

AT what time on Wednesday will online registration for COVID vaccine be available for people in Phase II

CIC Health Cambridge | Sep 5, 2021

Hello! We apologize for our delayed response. Appointments for our COVID-19 vaccination clinics at Fenway Park and Gillette Stadium will be added in weekly increments, on a rolling basis, for now. We will be able to add more slots as capacity increases, with time. To know more, and stay updated on when appointments are available, please check https://www.cic-health.com/vaccines. Thank you!

I have heard that volunteers at some vaccine sites can receive the vaccine at the end of the day if there is any vaccine left over. Is that true? And how does one do that?

Kathy Donohue | Sep 5, 2021
CIC Health Cambridge | Sep 5, 2021

Thanks for your question, Kathy. We can't speak to how any other vaccination sites are managing their operations, but we don't have such a policy at our Gillette Stadium site, and we won't at Fenway Park either. We are continuing to vaccinate only those individuals who are eligible according to the state's phased timeline. Details at bit.ly/3a4C88p. Thank you again.

Yes, CIC offers PCR tests, and we have found them to be one of the fastest most convenient ways to get a test done in Boston area. There are labs that take 3-5 days to publish results, compared to 24h for CIC

I am travelling to another country and i need a report within 72 hours ago.is that possible to get from. And how much do you charge for covid test per person?

Rydham BOSTON | Sep 5, 2021
CIC Health Cambridge | Sep 5, 2021

Hello! When it comes to taking a COVID-19 test before traveling, we recommend you schedule your test a minimum of 48 hours in advance of the window within which your destination’s guidelines indicate you must have a negative result. We also cannot guarantee that you will receive your results within the specific window that a specific state or country requires. Typically, test results are usually delivered in 24 hours on average. To be clear, we cannot and do not guarantee results within 24 hours. “On average” means that results may take less than or more than 24 hours. Also, to answer the second half of your question, it is $80 per individual for a COVID-19 test. We hope this answers your question!
