They have good instruments and the prices are right. I also like the atmosphere in the store. I wish they opened sooner on Saturdays (we had to wait for like 30 minutes as we arrived at 11:30 and there were quite a lot of people waiting with us), but otherwise all good.

If you call they are really helpful. My daughter got drums so I do not have a answer for you on that. Give them a call though really helpful over the phone.

Guitar Centers lack professionalism in their sales staff. Sam Ash is much more professional and very accommodating!

Sam ash will buy an instrument off of you and give you a fair price depending on the instruments condition and if they are able to resell it. Your probably not going to get your monies worth on Craig's list because people will try to talk you down in price.
