What a delightful gem in the heart of Erie!! Best part was that I was the only on the tower so it was magical spending almost 2 hours just soaking in the beautiful weather and scenery without having loads of people blocking the view. $6 for entry and free parking and majestic views of lake erie and downtown. Beautiful place, especially if you are a photographer this is a goldmine for stunning photos. A must see if you are in Erie. Definitely recommend. 😍

Very cool walk along the bay. Lots of history with great views of the city. Came in October with no crowd which allowed us to casually walk the entire area. Free parking for 90 minutes by the bicentennial tower.

They forgot to take in down cause they closed it for clean up
They don't open up the stairs or the elevator any more.
If your dog is good around people I believe you can. There is an elevator.
I would assume so, but it is only a guess. I have not been down to the tower in the last few weeks.
