Outstanding customer service!! After working on a car battery repair in the hot Florida sun, Jesus came back into the store to assist me. I went in to inquire about a replacement battery for my laptop. Before ordering the battery, he troubleshooted my problem and recognized that there may be an issue with the charging port and not necessarily the battery. Without skipping a beat he opened my laptop and identified & fixed the issue that was restricting my laptop's ability to fully charge. Fantastic customer service. I really appreciate the honesty and know where I will be taking my business for any future battery or light bulb needs!!

Great service!!! I went in to inquire about a battery for my car. While I was there I asked about my Iphone 11 and what it would cost to replace the charging port. I hadn’t been able to charge my phone other than buying a bluetooth charging port. In stead of up charging me for the repair they guy said maybe it just needs a cleaning. Two min later I was able to charge my phone from a lighting charger and they didn’t ask for a dime. Love these guys and their honesty!!!
