Had a great experience start to finish. The owner was accommodating, up front about any extra fees, knowledgeable, and very friendly. Scheduling was easy, I even had to reschedule my appointment for a later date and that wasn’t a problem. I was informed of any normal things I would experience with my new remote starter and so far, everything works great. My service (remote starter install) was surprisingly quick! Overall, would recommend (and not just for remote starters).

First time coming to OnPoint. Alex was super informative, knew everything that he was discussing with me. Knew all the price points and even obscure details, such as knowing that my spoiler would have to come off my car to get tinting done without even seeing it. I had tinting and a remote starter installed. Pricing and labor is fair, especially since those are jobs best left to pros. The tint looks excellent. Alex goes over all the details and legal tint laws. They even go over post-installation care and precautions. The remote starter functions as advertised and it was shown how to operate it fully. Can’t be happier with the work that was done. They are professional and do the job correctly and in a fair amount of time. If you’re on the fence about having something done there, don’t worry because they are definitely “on point”. I will definitely be going back for future jobs. I HIGHLY recommend them. Thanks again.
