Was told they can order Blank ammunition. Then found out they never placed the order. Then said go look on the Internet the guy was absolutely useless. Don’t go to this place if you need help. …Standard business practice is that we do not special order anything without a deposit. This person was told to ask for Hunter when he called back, which he did not do and I had no idea what had transpired during the previous phone call. The irony in all this is the blanks were in fact special ordered (without a deposit, no fault of the customers) and remain in stock where they will probably remain forever as no one in 37 years has ever asked for 9mm blanks (till this request). If this fellow would like his blank 9mm ammo we would be glad to sell him the special order we placed just for him. Clearly a misunderstanding yet he felt the need to leave a 1 Star bad review. Guess the old saying is applicable “you cannot please everyone”!!!
