100% 5 star review from me. I would’ve gave them a 10 star review if I could’ve. This is 2 of the nicest guys I’ve ever met and they are honest which is a rare commodity in these times. There was also an amazing customer in there who was very nice as well. One of the owners actually went out and fed my meter!! Who does that? I received more than I thought I would get for my scrap gold and even though I’m moving to Florida, if I had to scrap any more jewelry I probably would drive back and do business only with them. I posted a video via Facebook live .. I weighed the coins before getting out of the car , showing that my s ale is valid by googling the actual weight of said coins .... wen I walk into the store I can see he’s clearly busted for fraud .. …Dear Alex, I am sorry about your experience. But I would like to mention that: First of all, all of those half dollar coins you brought are 40% pure silver coins. They are not .999 or 90% pure silver either. So if you do the math 40% pure silver price of silver spot price ($26.53 per troy ounce for .999 Fine Silver as of 09/09/2020) would be $10.61 per troy ounce. Second, the actual weight of those 40% silver half dollar coins is 11.5 gram (7.4 penny weight) depending on coin condition. Obviously if coins are worn out pretty bad they may weigh less than same coins in good or excellent condition. And we offered you $86 (not $80 as you mentioned) for those 40% pure silver coins in total weight of 333,5 grams without plastic cover (not 400 grams as you falsely claimed) which is %75.84 of spot price. Here is the math for that: 0.34 cents (spot price per gram) X 333.5 = $113.39 (spot total). $86 (offered price / $113.39 (spot total) = 75.84 (%) of spot price. Well I think it is a pretty fair offer. Because precious metal market price fluctuates and changes every day and we have also our own expense (rent, utility bills, insurance, payroll, shipping and etc.) like most other businesses. So obviously we have to make a profit to run the business. Third, our scale has already been inspected and approved by local Bureau of weights and measures (you can clearly see their approval seal and QR code on the scale). We can also provide you approval certificate from the Bureau as a proof if you need it. But I can’t speak same thing about your cheap kitchen scale which is not even approved or recommended by local Bureau of weights and measures. Buy if you still believe or feel you were cheated by our scale you can contact that local Bureau of weights and measures. We have no problem with that. The bottom line is that it would be much better and fair if you have done proper research first and do the right math and then you can leave your honest feedback instead of jumping on negative feedback right away and misleading people by your inaccurate claims.
