Could not be more dissapointed with the pricing of this store over the past several months. Just walked out after seeing used (and NOT top of the line) jackets starting at $19.99 and priced up to $49.99. Congratulations, this is now another Salvation Army that will be flooded with resellers on Monday morning to pick up the overpriced items that go unsold until the day their color goes on sale for 99¢. This is no longer a business who's goal is to improve their community. This is now a Marshall's that sells used clothes for significantly more than they're worth. EDIT : They now turn off all the lights in the store at exactly 4:40 to encourage people to leave before 5pm. This leaves the back of the store literally dark except for the sunlight from the very front, and the littered floors become tripping hazards everywhere. I thought I couldn't be more dissapointed about how this place was run.

Very poor example of a Salvation Army store. Frequently closed with no warning, poor drop off, poor selection, no dressing rooms open, terrible location. If only the far superior location in Whitinsville had not been closed.

I ran in quickly before they closed to grab a shirt for school and I was very rudely rushed by an employee, if I didn’t hurry I couldn’t buy my shirt, the ONE shirt I grabbed. Never getting me to visit again. I recently found out they close at 6pm and I was rushed out at 5pm. Extremely rude

Small store but have been twice and found a couple quality items each time. Plusses: I like the way they sort the clothes by size number and then by small, medium, large. Super helpful. The cashier an older lady was very friendly. Negatives: I went there at 4:15 knowing they close at 5, so I thought I'd have a solid 45 mins of shopping. Not the case. An employee walked around at 4:40 announcing "we're closing in 5 minutes." Sure enough they shut the lights off at 4:45 with about 10 customers still in the store. Then we formed a long line to check out and only 1 cashier was checking folks out while another was counting a drawer. I've worked in retail before and counting drawers and lights go out AFTER closing time AFTER customers left!! NOT before!!! That was super annoying. I won't be going back unless I know I have ample time next time. Also, the prices seemed high. I didn't see any dresses under $7 and some were $20.

Go to the website and they will schedule a pick-up for your stuff.
Sometimes. You may want to check the daily auction too. Call the store and see.
I've shopped here for many years. I've never had an issue there. The people are always kind to me. Sometimes you get back what you bring.
The stores are scheduled to be open at 10am on Wednesday June 10. It is possible that could be pushed back but for now that is when we are scheduled to be open. Donations will also resume at that point.
June 10th at 10am is the scheduled day to open.
