I am a current Titan solar customer. After only approx a month after install my system quit working. Titan stated they monitor all their systems and call when there is an issue with them. I did not find this to be true. I noticed after about a week that my system was no longer producing power. It took two weeks for me to get ahold of customer service after leaving multiple voice messages and emails. It was an additional two weeks until they were able to send a service tech out who was able to diagnose that the inverter had failed (on a brand new system). He stated that it was going to be an additional two weeks before they could get a new inverter ordered. Three weeks later I had to call myself and ask for an update. I was told that the inverter had "just arrived" but it would be ANOTHER two weeks before they could send someone out to install it. A grand total of almost two months of no solar being generated in the middle of summer on a brand new system. I was paying my normal electric bill on top of the bill for the solar panels that were not working. Now here we are two weeks later and the system still not working correctly and I am still unable to get ahold of any customer service agent after being on hold for almost an hour and leaving multiple messages. Extremely disappointed with Titan solar and would not recommend for any person looking for a reliable company

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Titan Solar Power does not communicate with their customers. For 2 months we had several roof leaks during our rainy season here in Fl. Finally roofers came , but couldn't do their job because Titan workers only removed a few panels . The roofing company contacted Titan to tell them the remaining panels needed to be uninstalled for roof replacement. A week later roofing Co came back said Titan was supposed be here the day before but they were a no show no call so roofers removed panels put down new roof and left. We currently have panels propped up against our house during hurricane season and loose brackets on our roof . We was told before purchasing in this event panels would be put in storage not propped up against our home! That is not secure storage Titan !Now I'm trying to get panels reinstalled WHAT A JOKE ! A little communication goes a long way Titan Thank you , Mike Mooney and Gail Hawley 2 very dissatisfied and regretful customers

What can I say? I've been a solar gal for many years, and I've been a broker for Solar Power since the beginning. I am totally blown away by the service and support of this company - knowing that they have people like Leo Maia in their employ is a green flag for sure. Leo is the most proactive, attentive, and knowledgeable person I have ever had business dealings with - I feel 100% confident and safe while being a customer. Talk about thinking outside the box! Leo had a solution for everything I needed - all you have to do is talk to him, and let that big brain do it's magic!

Don't fall for the scam! We were painted a pretty picture by the salesman Jason last year 2021. Our panels were installed end of DEC and they are still not producing solar power. The installation and inspection process was a joke. People showed up whenever they wanted no notice and then confused that no one was home. Apparently they are not used to the concept of the working class and someone not being home all hours of the day. They had to do multiple inspections because of missing components and not passing the first time. Here we are 5/6/22 and we are stuck paying for the loan for the panels since MARCH plus $300+ electric bill through teco. Horrible customer service. I have called numerous times and sent emails with no resolution. Next to impossible to get someone on the phone that knows what is going on or can give any kind of timeline of a resolution. Sent emails and I get a response 3 days later they are working on it. No details no assurances. They have been working on this project for 4 months. Super disorganized and unprofessional. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL! STAY AWAY!

Hi Patrick, your production depends on several different factors like weather conditions and the position of the sun. Some days will be higher than others. Throughout the course of the year you will see that your system will average out to that 4.95 kW output level.

When considering whether you can take the federal tax credit or not, you must look at your own tax situation and talk with your tax advisor. People who cannot take the tax credit often will consider a lease program, in which the leasing company takes the tax credit and offers the lessee a low monthly payment, which costs less than the equivalent cost of purchasing power from the local utility. If you need more information, please contact the Titan Solar Power office in Thonotosassa.
