Wedding groomsmen suits did not fit the day of the wedding. We made 4-5 visits to the store scrambling in the days leading up to the wedding because of how bad the sizes were off (the Groom’s jacket was 4 sizes too large). Also the button down shirts were the wrong color. We had to send friends and family to this store the day of the wedding. After requesting a store credit or a partial refund for the mistakes, one of the store employees, Shaun, rudely told me “Nope!”. Would highly suggest a different store.

I cannot truly express my gratitude for this particular men's warehouse! There was an issue with our reservation and we did not find out until the day of prom...literally 3 hours before. The customer service agent that helped us did absolutely everything they could to help us. We not only ended up getting something that would work, but it was even better than we had originally expected. Literally I can never express my gratitude for how well everything turned out! Thanks again!

They didn't have suits that fit in time for our wedding even after they "Guaranteed" two days before. They gave us suits the day before the wedding, but they didn't fit. My wife spent the whole day before the wedding trying to get this fixed and customer service hung up on her twice. She has a voicemail from Nick saying we would get a discount but we needed to call after we returned the suits. A week after our first call to them and still nothing. If they promise something due to their errors, chances are they just talking to get you off the phone.

I could go on forever about how awful my experience was. The manager at the Dartmouth location was extremely rude and didn't let the groom try on or pick up his suit because they were closing soon. We almost didn't have suits in time for my wedding because "it's prom season". They offered me 30% off of the 3 suits that were late but I've been waiting 3 days and still no call back from the Supervisor Nick who thought that a 30% discount would make up for them just being so difficult to work with. I'll post the pictures of my 9 year old wearing a suit that was way too small and my 4 year old wearing a suit that was way too big. When we held them up together they were almost the same size but the kids are not almost the same size. The non fitting suits were the talk of the groomsmen photos so we needed to tell everyone at the wedding the trouble we went through to get them. Even the photographer was laughing at how the suits fit the kids. They say that atleast one thing is bound to go wrong while planning a wedding and since the wedding is now over I can say literally the only thing that went wrong was the suits.

not as skinny as express, it is a rental garment and needs to fit a larger group than a single person, may I suggest purchasing if you want a particular fit.
That's out of our range. Your best bet is DXL.
Shirts can be tailored to him. As far as off the rack they are by definition not yet tailored.
