The service was very poor. We arrived around 5 pm and finally got our food at 7:30 pm. The food was good but the service was horrible.

The troops at Fort Guernsey appreciate Pizza Hut Pizza delivered by the USO. Thanks to the Wheatland Pizza Hut for making it happen.

A pizza closer to what was ordered would be a start. The crust was really thin, and ordered a hand tossed crust. There was hardly any sauce on the pizza if any, and the toppings were scarce.

I waited in line at the drive up window for twenty minutes. I was ontime. I finally pulled out of line and parked. I went in and there was a line for pickup there as well. I was behind two other customers. I waited ten minutes before being spoken to by an employee. It was another ten minutes before I got my order. The whole time I could see it in the warming oven. there were at least seven employees in the back that I could see and only one working the counter and being the server in the dining area. You can do better than this.
