Splash pad doesn't open til noon even though the park opens at 7, but doesn't say that on the parks & rec website. The entire playground and bench area is completely covered in trash and some of the stuff to climb on is broken and therefore dangerous.

It's a great place for family fun or a quiet 1 on 1 with nature, to sit and reflect, and the history of this park is amazing. Please take the time to stop by. You will be not be disappointed.

Great place to bring the kids, plenty of trails and woods to explore.2 different parks.me and the boys spend hours there between sports and playgrounds

Always a blast at this beautiful spot. Huge baseball field, some benches and grills farther back towards the park, the park itself is well made and entertaining for the kids. Plus it's big! Best part is come summer they have a splash pad for the kids, and that's actually quite big as well :) worth the trip over there! 5 stars always.

City of Lowell parks and recreation would do that. Won't be open until Tuesday.
FREE. Come on down. It's not like its Water Country or anything. Lol. Just a bunch sprinkler thingies and lil pools n stuff. You know; for kids to chill and have fun. I'm sure if they're lil 1s they will have a good time.

Yes. The water park will always be open. Weekend from 12 to 4. Then, weekdays are 12 to 7
