Great place for family hike. Thanks to Boy Scouts for repairing bridges to make trails safer.

Nice easy trails, lots of roots, so need to watch your steps if you bring kids.

This place is beautiful and even more so in each different season. I go here all the time. There are rare orchids here known as lady slippers. They come out late may if your lucky you'll spot one. Also you may see beavers swimming around.

Great pond loop hike for little kids, and for anyone really. About a mile, flat hike, wooden bridges, pine forest, beautiful pond...

Questions & Answers

Is it stroller friendly?

Nancy Torres | Sep 5, 2021
Mark Wimmer | Sep 5, 2021

There is an old rail bed that a stroller could be used on. Can be accessed right at main entrance to trails. Most other trails in natural area are single track hiking trails that are probably to rocky and full of roots for a normal stroller.
