They’re on the news today talking about the fraud that’s happening with titles over in this Branch, this is nit new news , over 10 yrs ago , they allowed a random person register her car in my name , how this person hit my name I don’t know . I was registering my own vehicle , and I seen 2 cars , I was like I don’t have 2 cars registered . When I tell you I got the address of the person, wasn’t a pretty turn out, went to the registry, they tried to deflect. So I can see the inside job they have going on there , amd for it to still be going on. Branch should be closed , because I’m sure it’s just not 1 person doing this

I renewed my registration on-line and when I checked my account they had charged me twice and of course there is no such thing as reaching a live person!! Waited on phone but every 10 min and went back to an hour!!

I personally have had great experiences with the Quincy RMV on several occasions after being turned away in Milford, Watertown and Boston. I swear by the staff in Quincy as far as getting things accomplished that the other's couldn't or wouldn't do for me. Leslie A. and Antonio have been the go to people for me and I would give them both five stars all day long. Thank you Leslie A. for all of your help and for going way above and beyond on several occasions!

Why do you need to bring it in?? If you are just looking to cancel your plates, you can do that online and destroy the plates on your own
Not unless you are told by someone. This is the headquarters for the RMV and not similar to your local branch, which is where you do most of your business.
