Awful customer service. Fire the young light girl that wears a burqa. She has a terrible attitude. I am old enough to be her mother and she talked "at me" when I asked for a replacement card after attempting several times to add money and being charged out my debit acct but nothing added to the card. I had to go find the other middled-aged hispanic lady that helped replace the card and made sure the money was added w/ no issues or an attitude. After spending $$$$ to wash clothes, I don't like little girls with nasty attitudes. Never coming back here again....you lost a customer that was still willing to pay your crazy prices after coming here for several years.

This laundromat will price gouge you and make things a bit difficult by way of how it's run (certain transactions take cash, others do not, you need to buy a $3 card, etc). Although, the folks who work here are nice and do their best given what they have to work with. Also, there are several washing machines that need to be fixed as well as dryers that do not shut.

This place use to be a very good laundry mat however on some occasions roo many machines aren't working and staff allows too many customers to leave unattended clothing sitting in the dryers.Thank you for sharing your feedback. Packed full of people. Clean, dryers are pretty meh. Have to dry stuff over and over. Overall its good.Thank you for sharing your feedback. It truly gives us an opportunity to become a better laundromat.
