I read the amazing reviews on this place and decided to come in for a simple trim from Yany. I sat in the chair and told her I just wanted to trim my ends, & that I already have a V-Cut. I just wanted a clean up. She was very sweet .. but my haircut was very uneven. I didn’t notice until I left and received comments from coworkers. My layers were uneven as well as the back. I reached out to Yany and she was more than happy to fix it for me. I went in, & she evened it out but I no longer have my V-Shape & the left side is STILL longer than my right side. She tried her best and I know things happen...but I have $400 worth of balayage in my hair and I’m afraid of getting it fixed by another salon because I don’t want my healthy hair being chopped off so I’m forced to let my hair grow out and try again elsewhere . Yany is so sweet and the workers in the salon seem nice as well, but I’m really upset about my cut and wish I would’ve went somewhere else even if I had to pay more; just to get the job done..
