I have lived at 3 Journal Square for approximately a year and a half now and have had a pleasant experience. One of the best features of this building is the staffing, specifically Tracy Matthews (technician). Tracy makes an effort to get to know every resident that walks through the door and enhances every individual's experience in the building. He has been timely and attentive to every maintenance request we've had. He helped through the move in process with professionally hanging TV/shelving/artwork. Tracy goes above and beyond of what is expected. He has been here from the start of the building and is extremely informative. It's evident that Tracy truly cares about this building and the entire community that's lucky enough to call this place home.

I moved in a few months ago and from the moment I stepped in I was welcomed by John the concierge and Tracy Matthew’s the head of maintenance. They both kindly assisted me with unpacking and loading everything onto the cart as well as making sure I had everything I needed in the apartment. Tracy has really gone out of his way to fix any issues I had very promptly and even helped me out with finding some furniture that I needed for the apartment. Overall the staff in general is very kind and helpful and they have all made my experience living here so far very positive.

I loved living at 3 Journal Square! I needed to relocate to NJ pretty quickly for work and Caroline in leasing was really helpful and responsive even though I wasn't able to tour in-person. Once I moved in I LOVED the proximity to the PATH and was really impressed with how quiet the apartment despite literally being right above the rails. Obviously loved the skyline views from my apartment and the rooftop. The staff is great, John at concierge is really efficient and on top of everything! I didn't have anything that needed maintaining but still appreciated how friendly the maintenance staff was when I would see them around the building!

I’ve lived here several years now and love it. Tracy Mathews, the head of maintenance, is absolutely fantastic. He always shows up and resolves issues quickly and never hesitates to look out for tenants. He’s helped me move apartments in the building as well as handle general repairs or upkeep. John at the concierge is also fantastic. Really goes above and beyond for tenants. All the folks in the office are friendly and responsive. It’s been a really great experience. Love living here and look forward to many more years.
