I do not recommend this place at all. They are very irresponsible and unprofessional. Made several appointments to get my daughter’s sweet 16 dress done and every time they waited until we were on our way to tell us the dress was not ready and needed more measurements. They didn’t take the measurements from the first time. The second time they made me pay again because according with the owner I didn’t pay for the two alterations. Not coming back ever again.

The staff is very helpful and nice! There’s also a large variety of dresses to choose from and the store is organized. This is my second year buying a dress from Q-look, so I recommend this place.

Not only does Q-Look Bridal have beautiful dresses they also have wonderful staff. Everyone has been so attentive and effortlessly kind. So much stress that comes from planning a big event like a sweet 16 they have most definitely made such a great impression on my daughter and I. Our experience has been one of a kind. Thank you all for enhancing such beautiful memories for my daughter's sweet 16 and helping my daughter feel like a real life princess.

Although my daughter did not find her prom dress here, we can't say enough kind things about the staff! They were so helpful in finding other sizes and/or colors, and even brought dresses to her based on her selections. The store is organized by both color and size which made browsing so much easier. They do have a wide range of prices, but very few dresses under $300.
