Stopped in and spoke to Jill. She took great care of me, and not only was it cheaper than Lowes or Home Depot, I'll have it in about two weeks, instead of the 8-12 week turn around time that the big box stores were offering. Highly recommend!

I have discovered that some screws securing window pane to the frame were not holding at all. They were just stuck in and you could pull them out with your fingers! I called to report and ask for help. They were completely indifferent. Just brushed me off because the house is two years old. Not their problem.

We ordered new doors for our house from builders firstsource. Builders firstsource had supplied the original doors for our house and they had all of the door dimensions on file. We were assigned a sales rep that never responded to messages and most of the time his voice mail was full so you couldn't leave a message. We received the doors and all of them were damaged and one was ot the correct size. We had to continually follow on our order since our sales rep was unresponsive. I would not recommend builders firstsource unless you want damaged doors and no customer service.
