We googled this place and it had solid reviews. However the food did not match the reviews. So place is nice and big and has an outside section with some beautiful views. We ordered a sampler platter with smoked ribs and pulled pork. Kids ordered the burgers. So first of all I'm an excellent bbq grill person and take great pride in my ribs. I was expecting a vert solid bbq experience... The food arrives and at first glance the ribs looked Dry and the pulled pork looked tender and juicy. So we tasted the ribs and they were dry and very smoky, but not a good smoky. It was a cold smoke with a bitter after taste. We could not get past 2 ribs. The pulled pork was better but not worth a mention. The kids only ate half of their burgers. We left hungry and annoyed. The place has great potential and with some guidance could be an outstanding spot. I don't usually miss on my selection of places to take my family (of 5) out for food. However this place has missed its mark. Total cost $298.00 with 18% tip.

I would definitely go back and give this place another chance after the pandemic is truly over and they get more help/staff. The food took a very long time to come out - it's a holiday weekend but the place had like 3 other tables so it wasn't that busy. Regarding the food, it's a smokehouse so the food had this smoky flavor which was pretty cool. Although my steak was smoked very much because it was pretty dry. The steak sauce was so good it almost made up for the texture of the meat. My kids loved their food, french fries and chicken fingers. The mac and cheese was good too. The atmosphere was pretty awesome with a country feel that makes you want to do a 2-step. The bathroom was clean. At one point one of the staff randomly approached my son and asked if he needed anyyhing...I didn't see anything that would've prompted the young man to do that so it was a little...weird. Otherwise a nice place in a good location, I'd like to try eating outside if there's a next time as I'm not usually out that way.

We ordered the garlic soup and smoked, deep fried wings. This started our meal off great. The garlic soup, Outstanding, the wings are good. For our main meal we ordered the smoked platter. Brisket, pulled pork, pulled chicken and pork ribs. Didn't want chicken, so got more pork instead and added the sausage. Also ordered the beef rib. Ok. Well, 1rst thought, for the money, not that much food here..🤔 then the taste... very bland... When you are expecting a nicely smoked well seasoned rubbed meat and everything thing come out a little dry and the different meats almost tasting the same, it's disappointing 😞... i usually don't like using bbq sauces, I like tasting the meat, here, I needed to use the sauses... The sides, I can honestly say, good. Cream corn, wife said was good, ordered that for the kids. Collard greens with bacon and coleslaw, great tasting. The brisket and baked beans, not so good. Sorry to say, won't be coming back...
