This is the 2nd and last year my kids will be staying here for a week. This yr we were pleasantly surprised that it didn't smell like it did last year. This year the toilet is broken. Fills up to top won't flush. We bought a plunger. Small amount of hot water for shower AND the door lock isn't working so after 24hrs they finally sent someone to fix it. We have been packing everything in the car to keep it safe while we are away.They have not once offered to give us a different room. The maids let us in yesterday by removing a screen, but then they were reprimanded by the owner for removing the screen and helping. Fix the lock and make sure your rooms lock and maybe the maids won't have to take screens off. When I asked the maintenance about the toliet, he said "Well they're all a little different". Next year we will stay in Sandy.

It was dated but ok. Very clean. No bars in the bathroom and the toilet was too low but I "managed." The bed was very comfortable. The heater/AC worked well. It was a pleasant place. Hubby might stay there again. I won't because I need an equipped handicapped room.
