5 Star experience!! I was scheduled for an extraction for a broken tooth. After reading all the negative reviews, I was very concerned; as I have had terrible experience in the past. I must say I highly recommend Shauna and her team! The staff was very attentive and caring and Shauna the dentist took her time to make sure I was comfortable. I felt no pain at all and was sent home with clear aftercare instructions. These are the type of experiences that will have me referring this office! Highly recommend and I am so grateful for the caring nature they displayed to lower my anxiety over my past experiences. Thank you all so much!

I had a broken molar that needed to be extracted as it was causing me a world of pain and discomfort. I tried to have it removed at a different dental office and left traumatized and with a broken tooth still in my mouth. Although I was incredibly nervous making another appointment, I’m SO glad I chose to go to Dr. Gauthier. The quickest and swiftest extraction with virtually no pain and awesome & attentive staff. My dental anxiety is no longer, if I could give more than 5 stars I absolutely would!!

I will never go back as the reception/ office girls are the rudest people I have ever encountered. I went in to see about completing my dental implant procedure and had some questions. I told them that I had started the process with Dr. Gauthier and now finally had the money to complete it. Apparently they took an attitude with me as I interrupted them while they were discussing their weekend plans. I literally had to wait a few minutes before they even acknowledged me. These girls would be fired if they worked for me. They treated me like I was bothering them and gave really short answers while rolling their eyes. Oh if you can believe it, one girl was filing her nails while doing so. Grade: F!

So, I had this rather bad, nasty, infected tooth. It was my upper right canine. Long root, big tooth - not good. Dr. Gauthier masterfully removed my tooth and did so timely and gently. She really cared about me and made the experience a positive one. She and her assistants Amy and Wendy were very professional, skillful as well as kind and compassionate. If I could sum up the entire experience in one word, it would be this: Exemplary. If I ever need another tooth pulled I know precisely where I'm going, and that is straight to Dr. Gauthier!
