The Preserve at Cohasset has great staff. The amenities are top notch, and the apartments are modern and sophisticated. If you ever have any inquiries, ask for Angie. She’s super great and easy to work with, and is very honest about the the Preserve experience and the different apartments that cater to people's individual needs.

I have been living here for two months and so far absolutely love it! The leasing and maintenance staff are extremely friendly and responsive. The unit we are renting is in incredibly good condition. The community is safe, clean, quiet, and beautiful.

I was one of the first residents to move-in to Avalon Cohasset, and I have been here ever since, with no plans to leave. Simply put, I love the place! The apartments are spacious, well maintained, and many have spectacular views. The staff is friendly and incredibly easy to work with. Anything you need done in your apartment they take care of immediately. For me, this has included everything from a problem with my refrigerator at 5:01PM on the start of a 4-day 4th of July weekend (most other landlords would have said "can't do anything 'til after the long holiday weekend".) to being locked out of my apartment at 9PM on a bitter cold, snowy winter night when I accidentally left my keys in Boston. (Thank you Tyler for immediately coming out of your warm house and rescuing me.) Rent includes beautiful quiet grounds, outdoor pool, awesome clean gym with great equipment, small playground, community grills and a clubhouse with a pool table. Plus, you get to live in a gorgeous, coastal New England town with easy access to Boston via train and ferry. Jill, Trisha, Rachael, Karen, Tyler, Matt, David -- and literally everyone else I have dealt with over the years...thank you for making everything so easy. You are the best of the best -- and after a long day at work, this is truly a place I can't wait to come home to!

We have lived and traveled all over the world and our time at Avalon Cohasset has been outstanding. The front office staff has been so professional and accommodating in every way. The maintenance staff has always been super helpful and has met any request in a timely manner. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained with so many wonderful amenities - love the pool. For a temporary living situation our apartment has met all of our needs and it has many wonderful features. It is quiet, safe, near the beach, and easy access to Boston. I would not hesitate to recommend Avalon Cohasset as a great place to reside - short term or long term.
