We adopted Mojave (Psyduck) almost 8 weeks ago. He's such a great dog and the staff at BYC took the time to make sure he would be a good fit for our family. You need to call them tomorrow. They will take the cats and get them a great home. I foster for them and once you call them they will call us. Please do not leave them outside especially now
Candyce, please call the adoption center with your request. They will likely need the name of the cat though. Also, vaccinations given in 2016 will have expired. Records from your own veterinarian will be more accurate.
Hello Judith. Thank you for rescuing a kitten! You can contact our area veterinary clinics and ask for prices. BYC does not have a clinic for the public. We serve only our cats and dogs that are available for adoption. Good luck with your kitten!

Yes, we can take cat food donations. Please drop them off at our adoption center. If we aren't open when you drop them off, you can leave them in the vestibule of the dog center, which is always unlocked. Thank you very much for thinking of Because You Care!

We do require some type of physical restraint for dogs though, such as a run line or fence. An Invisible Fence can meet that requirement. Please let us know if you have any other questions.
