Dee-licious!! We had the burnt ends, lean and moist brisket, and KC ribs with macaroni and cheese, baked beans, and cornbread. So tender and flavorful! A lot of great options on the menu, including ala carte. We'll definitely be coming back.

Great BBQ spot in Saratoga/Upstate NY. They have a big menu with endless sauce/seasoning options. All the classic side dishes you would find on a BBQ menu, we tried the coleslaw and cornbread, delicious! Hush puppies were a little dry. They pull in inspiration from BBQ from all over the country and add a few twists on NY favorites such as weck rolls! The wings had a delicious smoke flavor and good crisp on them. It was pretty empty on a Wednesday afternoon but I'm sure it's packed in the evenings and especially during Football/Bill's season.

Food was outstanding! Had to wait a little but they are always very busy. I had the tri tip sandwich, was soo good!👍👍

#1 Ribs, #1 Beef Brisket, largest selection of barbeque I have ever seen! Lots of sides, coleslaw is so good, sweet potatoes mashed was amazing, and the corn on the cob was crisp, sweet and tasty! I wish we had gotten there sooner for some burnt tips and apple cobbler. No wonder they were sold out--place was packed--even after closing people were still being served with a smile. We tried ALL the sauces, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! AMAZING!
