Not sure how many stars to rate. First of all, your website says you're open 24/7. Well I put a load of laundry in at 9:40ish and went to check on it 30 minutes later but the door was locked. Now I have to return first thing in the morning. Also, it felt like a sauna inside.

The place is trashed, all kinds of garbage everywhere Definitely will not return. Which sucks because it's so close to my place Owners obviously do less than the bare minimum on up keep

THIS IS NOT A 24/7 location despite the hours being updated “1 weeks ago by the business” according to Google. SMH. Based on other reviews it seems you’re allowed to stay after closing as long as you start during their open hours, but their open hours are 100% not 24/7 like is reported on the business listing. Drove here from across town and the door is locked.

Many machines out of order. Lots of trash on the floor. Only other patrons were homeless. Didn't feel comfortable leaving ours clothes. The front loading washers catch small clothes - like socks - so they don't get washed.
