Went in the store, it was 1:30pm, total # of bagels was less than a dozen, no popular flavors including no plain. I asked for a bagel with nothing on it and a large diet coke. I was told the coke dispenser wasn't working. The bagel was $2.18 I put in my card and it prompted me to a screen for a tip. There was no option for no tip or to enter a different amount. Minimum option was $1. And I couldn't proceed without picking an amount, so I canceled the sale and gave the server $3. The place looks like it's going out business. No furniture.......

I have been trying for the past two weeks to get the western brisket sandwich. I have ordered online twice for pick up and my order has gotten canceled. I have went into the store now twice and both times was unable too. The one time I went to the store and the ran out of bagels. Now today when I went they refused to make the sandwich and had signs posted they were out of cream cheese. I have also been trying to call the location multiple times with getting looped continuously and ultimately hung up on by the automatic machine. The employees were not helpful in trying to connect me to a manager or explain as to why I could not get any human on the phone with several attempts and started to cuss and talk about me as I was a walking out with two children. When I tried to google and find a why to report my experience or get in touch with cooperate still was unable to get a human on the phone. I would rate them NO stars if it were possible.

Staff is very polite, pleasant and respectful. They exude the type of mannerisms that barely exist in today's world. I always leave with a smile and I appreciate their kindness.
