This place actually refused to test my daughters boyfriend For Covid because he didn’t have insurance this place deserves to be shut down in shut down And they better believe I’m getting a lawyer and I’m not going to go for cash I’m going further medical license because they took a oath to first do no harm yet they sent a 19 year kid a way sick would not treat him unless he gave them $400 upfront! What kind of urgent care facility expect you at 19 to be able to pay them $400 to get a test that is free ! Not a single employee in that place deserves to have a job and I will make sure everybody I talk to you knows exactly what that place is in what they do this is not the first time they’ve done something like this this is not the first time they’ve done things that would harm the general public yet they’re supposed to be for the public do not go there people find another place to go to until every employee is fired and replaced

Nothing but bad experience’s everytime I went here, they will take your money but refuse to treat you for anything. last time the one lady who checks you in was very rude not very friendly. Slamming things on her desk, unprofessional. The one dr refused to treat me for a serious sinus infection, was told just “ just a cold” I’ll be fine. Which then later spread and received antibiotics from another place which agreed with me on they should have treated me and misdiagnosed. Do not recommend and I’ll never go there again.

Brought my young school age daughter for a symptom check and Covid test per school policies. EVERY employee was wonderful. Personable, welcoming and kind. We were in, seen, treated and home in under an hour. I’ve never been so pleased! To top it off my daughter (who is afraid of doctors) asked when we could go back to “visit” because everyone was so lovely. I highly recommend.

I honestly really wish I could give this Urgent Care 5 stars. Upon entering the facility I was really reassured about my safety during this pandemic. The receptionists were quick to ask me questions about COVID 19, and the seats in the waiting room were socially distanced. Every person I encountered there was friendly. The service at this facility was quick and easy. The PA that attended me was very understanding and made feel comfortable. She answered all of my follow up questions and was extremely patient with me. I also appreciated that this facility allowed me to call back and speak to the doctor that treated me for any follow up questions or concerns. When the doctor I saw was not available, I was able to speak to another PA about the issue at hand. Despite the great service and support, I have to give this facility 3 stars. After my condition did not improve after a week or so, I went to another physician who said my initial diagnosis from the PA who treated me here was wrong. I understand that mistakes happen, and perhaps my issue could have been tricky. Yet, I do find it frustrating that there was an error and I was put on medication that was not needed.
