Do not stay here. Staff was rude and unaccommodating. Management is even worse. Disappointing breakfast options, and they all but throw you out 10-15 minutes before it’s over. Every five minutes they will announce at the top of their lungs ‘15 minutes, 10 minutes, 5 minutes, etc.’. The rooms were not dirty or particularly clean IMO, average at best. Housekeeping is available upon request, which it’s nearly impossible to get. They treat you like a criminal when asking for additional towels. Pool is nice, but no towels available for it. Do not like that. The room keys became a huge issue. They become deactivated if near a cell phone…… which what a ridiculous system. Constantly had to go and get them reactivated. Do yourself a favor and stay at the Hampton Inn or Marriott.

Very clean rooms and I'm a stickler for clean rooms. Always book here while staying in Bedford. Also very friendly, smiling faces. Not fancy but if you're looking for an affordable, clean room stay here! Pool is sparkling clean.

Very nice motel. Will stay here again when traveling cross country. Very very clean and pet friendly rooms available in separate building. Room was very accommodating.

Really nice hotel. Nice staff! Clean, nice and comfortable. Great place if you travel with dogs. Dog run right out the door.
