Rude. Elise did not acknowledge me at the counter and carried a full conversation with a woman. I agree with the below reviews; if I could give negative stars I would.

I went today and within the 5 minutes I was in there, I was profiled and followed around. There was no one else in the store so it was obvious. My partner was rudely approached by an employee. Usually I go here to do some printing, I'm gonna have to find other means to do that if staples feels it's okay to treat customers like this.

Pretty helpful, they cleaned out my computer a while back as well as they helped me upgrade an older computer. They also have lots of office/school supplies. Only downside is that most of their gift cards are invalid.

Just dashed into pick up a small office supply. Shortly I was greeted by an apparent employee stocking items. He very cordially stocked his item and brought me right to the best aisle explaining that there were a few different items that might do the trick. It was easy to make a quick selection and head to the counter. The store was bright, neat, clean and the displays were inviting...enough to pull me to peruse the laptop display and then head up front. As I waited - not even a minute, another person greeted me and said that he could take me on the next register. Upon providing my name for the rewards program he broke into song using my name! LOL You have to love a place where clearly the employees make their day fun and have the shoppers smiling! Hey, I'm no babe- this was just fun! Go shop Staples in Keene!
