This location on 5th Avenue is unbelievably detached. I don’t go often because I don’t want to be disappointed. Simply put, every shift i’ve been here i’ve been ignored and pushed off for at least 20 minutes if i’m ordering something inside. Being the only car in the drive thru still takes 20+ minutes. Unacceptable. If this location doesn’t receive some sort of quality control from corporate office then just shut it down.

This location is about 5 minutes away from me, but I drive 35 minutes to the better location by the mall. This should show how bad this location is. Without fail I get something wrong in my order. I also ask for cream cheese/butter and for it to be spread on the bagel and they have excuses to not do it. “They don’t provide us with the knife to spread the butter” “they only give us the small tubes of butter so we can’t spread it”. Every single dunkin I’ve been too spreads the butter without even asking to do it. It’s just pure laziness.

you got about a 50% chance to get coffee that dosent taste like its been left out over night or burnt. ive refunded so may grub hub orders due to burnt coffee taste or burnt or "hard" bagels lol. Dunkin is normally good just not this location...

We went in on 03/19/2022, sometime in the morning. The person attending us has a horrible attitude. I try to understand when people have a bad day but when you act like the customer and your job is the problem in your life I tend to lose the reflection. Anyway, she was short, rude, and didn’t listen to my order. The coffee was wrong. Since there were no labels on the donuts I wasn’t sure what I was ordering when it came to the donuts. I couldn’t ask her because all she did was roll her eyes.
