One of the best communities in Pasco county for 55 and up people. Also the racetrack right near the entrance has in my opinion one of the best gas station pizzas in all of Florida if you get a whole pie

The course is in really good shape but unfortunately the guy at the pro shop is is a racist. For a person that served in the military and being a senior chief he is not a good person unfortunately he treats different people different ways no matter how much you complain about him they let him be rude to people and treat certain people a certain way if you don't believe me please go and see for yourself.

We had a great Saturday afternoon at the Tampa Bay Golf course and will be returning often. The whole operation is very organized, you need a tee time to get through the gate, tee times are strictly enforced, the starter is on it, singles and doubles are paired into foursomes, and as a result the pace of play is perfect. The course presents some fun challenges and is in almost perfect condition. The fairways are beautiful, even the rough has great grass, the approaches are nicely manicured and the greens are perfect. The staff is very friendly and the clubhouse is a comfortable place to hang out. I recommend this course to everyone of every skill level.

Conditions are really good. Tee boxes, fairways and greens are all immaculate. Great job by the grounds crew. The layout is another story. Very gimmicky course with tight fairways and houses right up against the course. Not many holes where you can "grip and rip", hybrid off the tee is a common theme if you hit driver more than 240. It's mainly a course for seniors but considering how much water there is, I can't imagine most score well. My afternoon round was plagued by slow play as well and not much interest in letting us play through. Staff was nice and practice facility was good too. Conditions is what drives this course right now but if they recede, it's a 3 star course imo.

The HOA per month $220. And a one time fee of 450 per year . The 2 golf courses the community center the welcome center and the clubhouse and. Amenities are owns by the members of this community
