Update; Now with the new park manager, this place has become really bad. awesome place to visit or to stay. went there with our new fifth wheel. People are extremely friendly, very large spots. missing a dog run tho!!! just wish there would not be as loud so often. MB tiki hut is the best!! update to reply...if you only knew....

Yes they allow pets and I don't believe there's any restrictions on RVs but you have to use caution when you come here chances are you'll fall in love with the people and the place and never want to go anywhere again this is your only warning
It is a 55 and older but there are one or two kids and the rest of us just act like kids
