The guy that owns this place told me that he was gonna come out and fix my washing machine the next morning. I was waiting outside for him and he called my phone while I was outside. He didn’t even give me five minutes to respond back to him before he left and took off the other direction and told me he was not coming back to my house to fix my washing machine AT ALL! Just because I missed his prior five minute phone call. I took the whole day off of work to wait for this guy.He was rude and completely unprofessional!!!! I would not recommend calling this guy for going to buy wash machines from him he’s too rude for me. Now there’s no telling how long I have to go to laundry mats to get my clothes washed and I have a three-year-old and a two year-old I have to make sure clothes and blankets are clean every day. This meant more to me than just getting my washer fixed it was about making sure that my babies have clean stuff! And now because of this rude owner I have to figure something else out. No Thanks BAD BOY Appliances.😔

I have been buying appliances from them since 1992 when I had to buy everything for my new home. Refrigerator, stove, washer & dryer. They gave me a great deal on the package and have used them everytime since!
